Mr. Lacy Ingram Jr. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of LITECH LLC, a professional management consulting and technical services firm. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ingram directs the principal strategic planning, development, and execution of policies and objectives for the company. Mr. Ingram is a proven leader with a strong track record managing multi-million dollar programs requiring information technology (IT) support services and large-scale commercial IT projects. Mr. Ingram provides the vision, leadership, and extensive knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and systems engineering best practices necessary to make LITECH’s mission a success.
Mr. Ingram is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, with over 37 years of organizational and leadership experience supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. His portfolio is a record of exemplary accomplishments spanning each of the Intelligence disciplines, in addition to having held numerous top management positions in both military and civilian agencies. During his military career, his leadership of military and civilian personnel ensured the war-fighter’s needs were met across multiple intelligence agencies. His achievements are evidenced by numerous awards supporting multinational forces during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Operation Allied Force, Kosovar War, and Operations Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom. Additionally, he served as Commander, Air Mobility Command (AMC) Air Intelligence Squadron, and simultaneously as the Director of AMC’s Force Protection Threat Working Group responsible for worldwide operational risk management of all AMC air operations over Iraq and Afghanistan and risks to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) civil aviation operating within or in the vicinity of Afghanistan.
